BILL TRABACK I recently entered the housing Market in Central Florida after... retiring down from NY, My first contact with a Real Estate Agent was Bill Traback from MBI REALTY. I looking at a property that I had found on Zillow or another sight I set up an appointment to see the house where I met Bill, after not being thrilled with house he asked me for a few minutes to go over what I wanted in a house, He asked great questions , design, location priority, followed with level of importance of each of my criteria, price range etc, and he added important criteria and options that I wasn’t even aware of.

I also explained that due to health restrictions my availability to visit lots of houses were limited , and then added the handcuff on him that my wife who will make the ultimate decision was working insane hours and her only availability may be on a Sunday . First of all, he was really nice and professional, he recognized that I am a no nonsense kinda guy, loyal and a guy who respects a handshake as a partnership, I sensed right away he was the same and felt really good that my instincts didn’t let me down.I hoped with all the impediments I put in front of him he would be able to succeed. I had to trust him with my lack of knowledge of Fla. the need to be close enough to aging parents and other family in Fla. While most importantly pleasing my wife as it is most likely be our last house together..Bill got the “BIG” picture and my trust.. after some follow up questions over a few days , I think it was about a week when he contacted me , said he had reviewed 100s of properties, through the pre-work he did, he was able to eliminate many of the houses , came up with a shortlist but exclaimed , I’m pretty sure I found you and your wife your house.. we set up an appointment on a Saturday, and after over an hour going over every inch inside and outside , every option, I saw my wife tear up turn to Bill and me and say “Mike it’s perfect “ Bill took us for a tour of neighborhood going over budgeting details , services available etc. The house didn’t make it to the upcoming “ Open House” As we made an offer that was immediately accepted by the Owners, this was 6 months ago and the value of house has increased by 10%.. which is nice but this is the dream house for me my beautiful wife and our family to spend together .

My apologies for the long story, but this happy ending wouldn’t be possible without Bill. He is without a doubt the most honest, hardworking and best Real Estate person. I’ve dealt with, he was there every step of the way , he got us a great Mortgage company ( shoutout to Bill Steiger with Fairway Mortgage) , put us in contact with all services we would need for closing , services for House, from security to lawn , inspection etc .. many of these services will give you a discount if you say they were recommended by Bill and you could just tell how much he was admired and respected by everyone we interacted with . He is always there to answer questions or if you need recommendations on anything g .Bill is a true class act, and I highly recommend that if you are looking To buy or sell a house, you should look to use Bill . I promise, you will not be disappointed.
